Summer Treats and Subtle Euphemism

Dick Jokes: Pretty much anything that is phallic in nature. Especially funny when it's food.

We're addicted! To coffee...

Origins: We did not always love coffee. It was a combination of working overtime with kids all summer, and needing WIFI at the coffee shops. Not that we won't take any of the blame, it just feels better when we don't.

Arizona summers have put us in a funny predicament... wanting to enjoy our favorite caffeinated beverage and not dying of the heat!

You don't need a lot of ingredients:

Coffee or Chai
Soy Milk (Or regular cow milk. We didn't try rice or almond milk, but it should freeze.)
Agave Nectar

*NOTICE NOTICE NOTICE! Some Agave Nectar contains High Fructose Corn Syrup. And you don't want that. Despite anything you hear on the radio.*

Start buy acquiring the milk and coffee (in this case Starbucks VIA),

There are many perks to having friends (Sup Allen, Nolan) that work at coffee shops.

Your hardware is not that important. You can find a popsicle making kit at a thrift store, or Target for a couple bucks. Or use an ice cube tray... it's just messing with the tooth picks and popsicle sticks are almost too much.

This recipe couldn't be easier. Mix your coffee or chai in with the milk of choice and fill containers. Add Agave Nectar to the coffee one if you prefer it sweet. It shouldn't take more than an hour to freeze. If you have a little more time and want to get fancy, try layering the different flavors:

Step 1: Poor milk in half way. Freeze. Step 2: Take back out and fill the rest with coffee or chai. Freeze again. You can even do thirds.

HOT SEX TIP: Many people say fruit is an aphrodisiac. Mix together a seductive mix of fruit juice and put that in your popsicle!

Through the conception, production, and documentation of this entry many tasteless dick jokes were made (which we spared you)> But feel free to leave any of your own in a comment.

L-word,
Hank and Laura

  2. Does anyone know how to make that fresh ginger ale they have at Sky Bar on 4th ave. I may need to take a Mule on the road.
